You don't have to wait to use it. You can take syringe out of fridge, sterilize, and shoot em up.

the best thing to do is take the syringe out of fridge, before you start making the jars! but you dont have to but thay start faster

I don't think your spores are going to germinate any faster if you leave them out of the fridge for a few hours or not.

well you are wrong , if thay have been cold for days or weeks it will make a diff the spores ,after that thay enter a toreper or stacis and it take 12~24 hrs before thay will even hatch in the best conditions

I looked up both these words in a dictionary; neither have an entry. I don't understand what you're saying to me.

If you inject into jars that are room temperature, the 2-3 cc's of spore solution will warm up to room temp very quickly. And naturally, it takes a few days for spores to germinate. That would happen regardless of temperature upon inoculation.

I dunno about that one, dry spores have taken loger to germ than a 35 deg syringe for 1 month. Even if they enter stasis or whatever, they germ quicker than dry spores on agar, so I dont think it even matters.

FINE either way, so long as they are in a protective wrapper of one sort, or another.

Either one, fridge is ideal but I've seen them last 4-6 months at room temperature. I say 4-6 because I can't remember if it was 4 or 6 that I used last, but it worked.

if you have a large volume of water waiting to warm up then it will take longer
for it to warm than a thin film of water and a few spores... your statement is
incorrect.
