Is anybody else in here dissappointed with services?

Seriously...I have a million stories about how I do not get what I need when someone offers (or claims to offer) a service.

1. I hired a lawyer to look into an issue. This issue is easy to look into. Over the course of seven months this lawyer has done absolutely nothing in regards to my case. I have left several messages for him to get back to me about what is going on. He will not return my calls.

2. Over the course of several months, I called my insurance agent several times about getting some life insurance. I am a longtime customer of his and I have given his agency a lot of money. I was interested in getting a sizeable life insurance policy. He never called me back. Does he not want to make money or something?

3. My credit card company fucks with me. I have always sent in my payments to them every month. I have been with them for years. I am nowhere near my credit limit. They raised my interest rate for no reason one time. I called and bitched and they lowered it back. They recently raised it for no reason again. It went from 10.99% to 16.49%. Those fucking pricks!

4. Everyone who cuts my hair fucks up. When they are done they look at me like, "How did I do?" and I want to scream at them.

Why are people so lazy and inept? I am so sick of this shit.

if its any consolation I havent had a decent haircut in like 6 years.

Problem is, there's nothing you can do about shitty service except take your business elsewhere.

I don't do drugs. But, back when I did....NO! Those fucking assholes skimped on my bags and didn't give me good deals. But, nobody in my area gets good deals because the drugs around here are super expensive for some reason.

Hell, I gotta go a few towns over sometimes for good drugs, but I don't mind. The townies here are stuckup richie narcs, save for like 2 kids, so fuck em.

And yeah, I'm trying to get my whole insurance thing settled and I'm in wretched pain and my doctor hasn't called me back three times now. I had better get some wicked painkillers out of this, the sleeplessness has been driving me nuts and making me post!

Yeah. But do you really want to work to be all you can be if you work as a credit card company rep? Or an insurance salesman? Or a lawyer?

Look at the things you just listed. All bullshit. I know I didn't try hard when I was a stockboy at Super Target. If someone asked for a product that wasn't on the shelves, and I didn't know where it was in the back, or how to get it, whatever. Fuck em. They didn't get it.

actually, thats not true unless less than 1% of the population is of average intelligence, then 50% would be below and 50% above. But usually, the average is most common, so its probably more like 50% average, 25% below and 25% above  :tongue:

Contact someone higher up. Usually they don't care either, but they'll give you a comp just to shut you the fuck up. I'm a waiter and I bust my ass to give excellent customer service because my financial matters depend directly on it.

That all depends on how you define 'average' and which statistical measure you are using.  If you are using mean/average, then you have no idea how many people are above, below, or right on average intelligence... :tongue:
