I am really into the bodybuilding and health thing, and I take over 10 different vitamins and supplements on a daily basis. I was wondering if there are any that should be avoided before you plan to use shrooms. Are there any that have been known to enhance a trip? I know that people say to avoid dairy products, and I have read conflicting reports about vitamin C.
