heres what you do, get a piece of paper, maybe coffee filter. Squirt the syringe into the filter, let dry, you have a print now and can still use the spores. This is what i do when i recieve a syringe that is dirty and i need to isolate it. Its too hard to squirt a dirty syringe onto agar becasue the water runs everywhere and contams the whole plate. Why cant i spell because, just figured it out. The a and s are right next to each other and its a bad habit

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

man i tell you when you make your own sringe your colinations times are so much faster in my opinon and stronger growth is visable
