How long could you keep a dish of agar (at 65-75` F)?

I was wondering how long I could keep an inoculated dish of agar for at normal household temps. Does it stay viable for 2 or 3 months, or does it ferment/rot?
Thx

If it's peroxidated, until it dries out. I've had them go four months poured three inches deep, forgotten in a closet.

If you parafilm/saran wrap them they won't dry out so fast at the expense of air exchange. Also it's best to store them agar side up so that any condesation will collect on the lid and not drip down onto the agar
