Do not feed your pet mushrooms, or any other psychoactive! It's cruel IMHO. They will trip, and who knows how they will be able to handle it, since they have no idea what psychedelics are, etc.

it would be interesting to see what happens, but experimenting with it wouldn't be nice IMO

I made a mushroom and peanutbutter samwich one day and my dog was begging for it.  When i only had 1 bite left i gave it to her.  It wasnt much, but while I was tripping I noticed my dog acted very happy, and more playful than usual.  She was also making funny noises I had never heard her make before.  However irresponsible it was, my dog sure seemed to have a great time.

Humans, too, can often be extremely confused and overwhealmed, and realize that they have no clue as to what psychedelics are either! :frown:
It can also be cruel sometimes, to poison yourself, or someone else. :nonono:
If a dog was put in the right setting, maybe it could handle a little trip of its own?

people can choose to 'poison' themselves, a dog has no idea that you're going to feed him something that's going to make him trip, it just thinks it's food. don't do it (also don't dose people who don't know!!)

'Choosing' to poison yourself isn't going to save your ass from a hell trip. Ya feel me?

Would you think it was 'funny' if your dog grounded up 3g's of cyanescens in your peanut butter sandwich? Then sat back and watched you trip while you didn't know what the fuck was going on to your head?

Not cool.

No, I'd probably ground up 1.5 grams of cubes.

if you are going to feed your dog or cat or any other animal a psychedelic then make sure they are in a good mood because if you see it depressed they will have a bad trip i heard from a who tried this on his friends dog

my personal opinion on this issue is that it is very fucked up and can leave the dog in a shitty mental state for the rest of thier life,
some people have a good connection with thier dogs and can maybe 'read' into the dogs emotions if you choose to do this make sure its your pet and not somebody elses and see how the dog reacts if it wants something or if lets says the loud music has bad effects on the dogs trip turn it down stuff like that because dogs are your responsibility to take care of and if you do this with no care you probably have some mental issues yourself,
you wouldnt do that to your own kids right?

i know a dog that ate a bag full of shrooms on his own. Would you throw down some "karma" on the dog? Or on the evil baggie that beckoned to the helpless dog?

The dog probably thought it was food.

yea. He was acting all weird for a while, but it doesnt look like there are any long term effects. Still the same old dog as he was before. maybe he had fun and enjoyed it. It is well documented that animals like getting fucked up just as much as people.

I know a guy that has a dog who loves to get high. Whenever people are smoking he sticks his head up and trys to breath in the exhaled second hand smoke.

Cows and sheep eat shrooms knowing full well what they are. Theres these birds in california that eat a whole bunch of these berries and get drunk off of it. Monkeys pass arround millipedes and get fucked up off the venom.

But those animals know full well what they're doing, your house pets think they're eating delicious people food when all of a sudden their mind explodes and they have no idea what's going on. It's mean.

why the hell would you give an animal shrooms anyways? sounds like the evils of boredom to me. "idle hands spend time at the genitals, and you know how much god hates that."

id take that bat to the dumbass taht left out a bunch of psychedelics that anyoen or anything can get at. dog, baby, or cop. thats not cool.

i saw that weird nature too. sure animals getting high is not uncommon. fereding a dog that probably thinks its treats (whether tis the food or attention it craves i doubt its hallucintation).

fact is we DONT know if they WANT it, so why offer it? it amy "do good", it may "do bad". why risk it? ultimatly peopel do this for their own selfish pleasrue. they want to see their pet fucked up. can deny it all we want, but there lies the real reason.
