Looking good. Harvest as they mature. Small substrates with less than optimal nutes = small shrooms.

I don't know about that, you have quite a mess there.

I would strongly recommend adding a single light source from above, make those grow more uniform.

I would say pick most of them in a day, by then the veils should have all broken. Just leave the little ones for another couple days, they should make something.

Like I said about the light though, it would virtually eliminate all your retard problems.

Then at least have the light only coming from one direction, such as UP.

you could paint the inside of the fridge black and then lay it on it's back. the plexiglass would be on top and the sides wouldn't reflect as much light around.

that's weird. your mycelium seems really fluffy for your "ideal temps." it's usually fluffy like that around 80F or so... maybe the strain?

The mycelium may also be fluffy because of the high amount of humitity.
