24 Pints of Karo Tek Growing, need advice

OK, i have 24 pints (2 cases of jars) all knocked up, and growing successfully. some have huge masses in them, some have decent clouds, 1 has like 5 little puff balls in it. my question is, some of the big clouds need to slow down, should i put these in the fridge to stall? and as the other jars reach the same level of growth do the same? how long will they stay good in the fridge? should i just fill a shit load of syringes and store them? i just need to know what to do w/ this many jars of L.C. I will be using a lot of the jars this week to knock up quite a bit of WBS. like 30 lbs. all in pint jars. so i think that will take up a lot of the liquid myc. Anyone know if Taz does good w/ WBS? should i case or bulk? I'm thinking bulk, but i only have access to store bought products and dried from the pasture buffalo shit. not sure what to use. ANY ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! I'll post a pic of my jars and set-up for jars ASAP!

P.S. AGAR- what was that magnetic stirring set-up you got? i saw it in a post the other day, now I'm wanting one bad. not sure where to look, maybe E-bay? but i don't really know what to search for. thanx

yes, refridgeration will slow/stall the growth but you better find some way of using it fairly soon, it's life expectancy isnt all that long

24 pints eh? you planning on growing quite alot there. lets see, 1 pint is about 2 syringes worth ( at least ), and 1 syringe can do about 10 cakes under the assumption that flooding your cakes with too much solution is harmful (eg will drown them)... so thats.....

480 cakes. have fun. i hope you have a team of workers there to help you out.

Dude you dont need a team for large amounts of cultures... AFOAF has well over 240 jars colonizing and about 60 completey colonized, and about 30-40 tupperware containers colonizing...

Just dont do what he did, and do 60 at one shot. Spread em out over time, like a dozen jars every 3 days, that way you wont get slammed with a ton of work.

sounds like you guys got a large scale buisness going. on the scale of 250-500 cakes you can do kilo's of dried product. thats some dangerous shit to be playing with.

I'm not sure if 24 is enough? Just kiddin! Refridgerating is fine. I had a LC on my shelf for damn near a year and I couldn't believe it was still viable. I've heard they can last even longer. Proper air exchange and aerating is the key to healthy LC's.

EDIT - Whole grain cakes only, not pf cakes.

Pint LC jars can make about 30 LC syringes. They can nicely hold 300ml and syringes are 10ml.

I'm getting ready to do some LC's. Read a bunch of TEK's. My question is, do you use the same amount of LC to inoculate as you would multi-spore, ie. If you were doing cakes, would you use 1CC of LC like you would a syringe.
