Need Some Help

Alright. I am baout to embark on my first mushroom growing experiance. I was thinking about using the brown rice flour/ vermiculite method because i really dont know what I'm doing as of yet and it seems to be the best bet. What strains do you think will grow best on this kind of substrate? What will be of the most ease? Thanks alot... And one other thing.. I have been surfing around on the web tryin to find a place where i can buy some spore syringes. Where is a good reputable place? Thanks
