casing question

I'm a first time grower and will be casing using verm. Do I have to sterilze the verm before I case with it? And do I add any water to the verm to add moisture to it?

you dont have to sterilize verm, but you can if you want. just nuke it in the microwave for about 8 minutes.

add water to it, little by little, til you can barely squeeze water out of it when its in your hand.
