help with Amazonians

3 days ago i took what i thought were fully colonized cakes, 2 of them, and cased them with straight verm. damp on bottom and dry on top with cake pieces in between. i figured i would wait another week to case the rest because the insides of hte cakes didnt seem fully colonized when i was breaking htem apart. well, i just checked my cakes still in the jars and they have a couple tiny yellow spots on them, i was wondering what this was. thanks, any help is appreciated.

I don't know about the yellow, but you ought to moisten that top casing layer.
