my ex would use the warm/cold method when she would start getting bags under her eyes from doing ex 3 times a week. This i heard works well on cakes

The bluing is a result of the psiloc(yb)in being oxidized (to a quinone supposedly). You're not gonna get those molecules active again, but the mushroom will produce more if it's healthy so don't sweat it.

Well not necessarily. It won't raise the potency at all if that's what you're asking. The bluing simply indicates that there is psilocin/psilocybin in the mushroom, and that it is potent enough to show visible signs of oxidation.

It will fruit. Cold shocking isn't really a mandatory step. Just expose the cakes to light, lower your temps a little bit, and say hello to some nice little pins.

Forgot to add lowering CO2 by introducing plenty of fresh air exchanges (very important trigger!) :wink:
