no that is not true. it will not be MUCH higher by taking the giant cake out and fruiting it. Thee BEST thing to do is case it, it will yield so much more (unless your name is sam who seems to be doing pretty well with cakes) If you do not want to case it, it's possible to case in the bag and use the bag as a casing container. This is your second best choice. Next if I didn't want to do any of these I would fruit directly inside the bag for the first flush and then take it out and put it in a PMP as a giant cake for later flushes.

im not reading that post, but by the sounds of it, that is a very excellent idea. You'll still get a first yield for sure and practice casing. Casing is definetly the way to go and it's not hard at all. People make it out to be, but it's very hard to ruin them. It may take a few tries to become very successful, but once you hit that point, you'll never make anything less than badass casings that yield huge.

last question i promise.
with the average syringe with one of these small bags, how many bags can i use the syringe with? Two? i think each syringe, the regular size, has enough to do 2 bags if i remeber. i know different cc's are needed, so if that makes things easier...
is it 1.5CC per bag, 2ccs? anyone remeber what they used with the small mycobags? that way i can order 1 bag if its 1 syringe or 4 bags if 4 doses per syringe.
update: i think it is 1.5-2cc's per bag. so i could buy 4 bags, and use 1 syringe.

meh, now i just need to find a good spore vendor for the US. i have been looking through the sponser links but searching for cambodian, a faster spore.
that or something that grows at lower temps like the 70's. who knows.
going to get these cambodians: http://spores101.com/psilocybe-spore-strains3.html
and this bag to grow them in: http://www.mycobag.com/merchant2/merchan...egory_Code=MBSM
I think someone should someday make this a sticky form for all us newbies.

anyone know the yield size for this bag if i dont put transplant it to casing?
i know everyone says blah blah blah... but what is the avg/max people get?
i'm hoping for a 1/4 which from what i've read seems about right.

ALL of these questions were answered by performing basic research here and at other sites... This is probably the least articulate I've seen. Even I got confused and I've been at this for a few years.
