Jail - a neat idea?
    #4004354 - 04/02/05 11:51 AM (12 years, 1 month ago)

The gathering of all those who went downhill in one place seems quite ignorant to me.

Do you think criminal sentences (locking people out) serves a decent purpose? Is the purpose punishment or re-integration into society at large?

Consider free will, programming, unbalance etc etc. Should we judge people this harsh based upon thoughts, urges and actions visiting them?

Are there other ways to deal with crime?

Jails are places where people get separated because others don't trust them enough to let them live among them.

They should be kept in reserves in national parks.

If they leave the park, it is legal to shoot them.
