Ok i was wondering.. lets say i got an air pump or cool mist humidifier. If I hooked them up to the terrarium so they were pumping fresh air into it.. and since its an air tight seal.. wouldnt it cause the lid to pop off or something? I'm thinking this because it kinda makes me think of filling a balloon with air.. theres no were for the new air to go so it expands the sides.. but in the case of a terrarium it would probably pop the lid open.. i may be mistaken. if so then what should i do to get rid of the old air in there?

have a hole or two for CO2 drainage low down (since CO2 is heavy)...that way as fresh air pumps in the CO2 pumps out.

i plan to cover with a couple MM Discs...you can use polyfill or cotton (maybe soaked in a bit of H2O2) or just not cover the holes...do whatever you think is best for your own rig :smile:

He's right....but if you plan on using cotton or polyfill, don't soak in anything. Just plug your hole's dry..hehe :) Half inch hole or two will do...course i don't know the size of your terr....oh well.Good Luck!
