Lately in the morning, I have been waking up feeling extremely nauseaus.  It's been getting progressively worse and worse over the last few weeks, and today, my fears were confirmed true.  I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.  I'm really not sure what to do from here, and I'm freaking out.  I'm not ready for this.     Just had to get that off my chest, and tell SOMEONE.  My mom is going to freak out.

Youch, that's a crazy bit of news to have land on you. You should definitely go to a doctor to have it verified, those tests have been wrong...

Good luck!

I was 26 when I decided to have a child, I knew it would be a girl.
With beautiful curls and a face like a shiney newborn star.

I wish you the best, your choice is the right one whatever it may be.

I don't think I could have an abortion...if anything I would put it up for adoption.  I know I'll make a great mom someday, but I don't know if now is the right time.  :frown:

No matter how serious and dramatic any posts are today, I'm going to have a big lingering doubt about them as I peer angrily at the calendar.

Whether this is a joke or not...having a kid is no joke at all.
I have two and they are a handfull.
Things will work out no matter which choice you decide to make.

I can give no advice here, just what I'd do, I know (think) I would go with one of the two (abortion or adoption) for a few reasons...

1) Having a kid is waaaay expensive

2) Your life will completely change

3) Kids are a LOT of work

-----------------------------------------------------------------

I hope this isn't a joke, I've typed to omuch already in this thread...

Suffer - You want to get the Pub with an April Fools joke?

Ifallapart - Yeah I'll tell them I'm pregnant lol

Suffer - That'll get 'em good

Oh, and after pushing a kid out, it'll be like dropping a pencil down a mineshaft

Haha...that's not completely true. They have exercises for that specific region....and they work great!

Don't underestimate 'giving' your newborn child away for adoption. My guess is that that would leave bigger emotional scars than an abortion.

This is something to keep in mind. I could be completely wrong though, I'm from the opposite sex afterall
