I recently gained a bit of disposable income so i thought i should update my old comp. I am just so excited about it that i thought i should share it with the pub.

Mainboard: Umm an ASUS A7V___ something CPU: AMD 1.4 ghz Heat Sink / Fan: loud rattly ghetto rigged fan RAM: 1 gig. maybe more, I dunno HDD: MAxtor 160 gigs (I can't figure out how to format it any bigger than 130 gigs tho), and a maxtor 40 gigs Video: Used Radeon 9000 Pro a 52x cd burner that doesn't play dvd's a 32x cd burner that doesnt play dvd's Sound blaster live Value: the only part of my computer that's really been worth the money. I have two computers and this card makes music sound so much fucking better on my::::: Bose Companion 3, 2.1 speaker set. It sounds hot.

The fastest cpu's available (specifically the fx-55) has integrated 64bit support so i got it for now without needing it. However, i want this comp to last me quite a few years during which i assume 64bit will become the dominant platform for cpus so i figure it is a good idea to get it.
