help with identification
    #3997046 - 03/31/05 08:46 PM (12 years, 11 months ago)

there are these plants growing on a chain link fence outside my house. i for a fact that they are either morning glory plants or prim rose. the old owner of the house knows its one or the other but isnt sure. they dont remember. they are really dried out and have hundreds of pods that contain i think 4 seeds in each pod.they are just really dry looking vines all over the fence.i've never seen either of the plants in question. and i'm sorry no pics but i broke my digital camera. but with this little info do you guys think you could help? and if they are prim rose, if i ate the seeds could it hurt me?Maybe you could ask me questions to help me identify? Thanks

i wouldn't eat random seeds. and 4 seeds in a pod seems like a mg... such as heavnly blue or pearly gates. what do the leaves look like? sort of like a spade? although not sure of the evening prim rose leaves or pods. then again if there are hundreds of pods. its prolly a mg.

Don't panic, it's organic!
