aloe vera rooting offshoot ?

hey so i dug up an off shoot from the mother plant and planted it and i am curious to know if i should keep it very wet or let it dry .. thanks all

inbetween. too wet and it'll rot, too dry it won't root or the roots will dry up. planted in partial shade? :stoned:

i water mine every other week. It can go a couple months with out water.

Be sure not to let the soil go bone dry its first few weeks.
Once you notice the aloe "fatten" up after a good watering, the roots are well on their way!

that pic is from early last winter, right now they are about to bloom.
