How hard is it to grow B+ outside?

depends on the enviroment outside. You have control of things in a fruiting chamber but outside you cant really control anything.

but if your outside enviroment is high humidity with comfortably temperatures then by all means grow outside.

A bit more difficult outdoors, and still a lot work involved. The temp fluctuations are beyond your control. Overnight lows and daytime highs are usually enough to wipe out growth, unless you time it just right during Spring time and have a minimal of fluctuation.

Nothing beats fresh air exchange of the great outdoors, but otherwise you have much more control of the other factors indoors.

You'd spend less money and time and probably get more final product if you grew them in a terrarium.
