America's Next Top Model
    #3994066 - 03/31/05 10:04 AM (13 years, 26 days ago)

I don't even an own a TV and I've managed to watch every season of that damn show.

It's pretty entertaining.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

That is painfully true.

They will never be "America's next top model". It just won't happen. They'll win the contest, get a cushy contract from SI or Victoria's Secret and then fade away quickly. I wish I could piss on the shows producers.

They charge a small fee, but you can.

I am a very calm and peaceful person but if I was forced to watch more than five minutes of that show I would freak out and start bustin' shit up.
