My pressure cooker has wierd settings what should i set it on?

COOK MODE
brown
steam


PRESSURE MODE
low
high

The standards are 5, 10 and 15 psi.

How long? I don't know, what are you cooking and in what size jars?. About 1/4 the way up the jars with the water.

15 psi for 20 -30 minutes. Let them cool inside the pressure cooker.

And remember, the cooking time does not start until the cooker has achieved full pressurization.
