Humidifier Problems

This is the top of my my humidifier

, cool huh? Basically just a funnel cut to size with a thick silicone bead around it. Problem is I don't think it's working. When I put my hand over the opening I feel zero pressure. It's supposed to be a kinda heavy duty one(4 gallons/per day) and I can't even feel anything! On full blast!! Is this possible?

This is what my cheapo humidity sensor read after 6 straight hours...

Also there wasn't any visible condensation on any of the walls. Whatsup?? Am I just paranoid? Any ideas?

Please anybody??? I have cakes ready to be birthed and no humidity!!! I think I'm just gonna return this piece of crap and buy a bag of perlite, although I was real psyched to finally have a humidifier. Oh Well, shit happens I guess.
