Frozen cakes.
    #3985018 - 03/29/05 01:57 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

I went to birth my cakes and put them into the growing chamber, but before I did...I soaked them oernight in my refrigerater.

I didn't have enough room in the pot I was using for all the cakes to fit in at once, so I used a clear, clean plastic cup for the last two cakes.
When I went to take the cakes out...I noticed ice on the cakes that were put into the cup. There was no ice on any of the other cakes. Just those two. Should I toss them?
Are they still usable?

All info is appreciated.
Thank you.
~Desiree~

yes. they'll be fine des. a little freezing doesnt hurt and the next time you decide to dunk them you can do it in the jars themselves, that saves a lot of hassle
