To the outside observer, you'd appear to be a paranoid schizophrenic.

this simmering anger is a severe form of attachment, clinging, being caught up in "the play" (which can get pretty rough at times), the world of maya, of samsara...

Yow you are egocentric to the max. You give alot of power away in blaming others for your hard life. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- FUCK TRUST. You think your friends are different, but they are really just undercover bullies who have used their guile to get close to you so they can push you around mentally and emotionally instead of physically ---------------------------------------------------------------------
How would you know what my friends are like? Just because you choose friends poorly, and get the ones who reflect your personal evolution you think you know everybody and everything.
You are sad-ly mistaken. good luck with all this.

My father has told me many a time that "you can count your friends on one hand." Sometimes "popular" people who hang in large crowds begin to believe that they have many friends, when the truth of the matter is that these people don't really care about you. One real friend is worth more than fifty acquaintances. That one friend might not get you invited to every party but you can bet when you are down and you need a hand, they will be the only one reaching out to you.

Psychology may largely be bullshit, but losing touch with reality is a very real thing that has been happening long before the first psychologists. It can be labeled many ways, usually based on how the person expresses it...paranoia, delusions, etc, but its all basically the same.

Totally on the same page as you, dude.
Dropped all my druggie loser friends (I smoke and trip, but I'm a decent human being).
Currently, I have a girlfriend and three friends of over 15 years.
You really cannot trust another human being.

Trust them to do what? No one can do things your way all the time. I trust my real friends and they have never let me down.
Often they haven't done things I agree with but they have always been true to themselves.
I don't ask the impossible. Have you always been trustworthy? Every single time in every instance.
I get the impression here that some folks think their shit doesn't stink.
I think your friends are an accurate reflection of where you are at in your life. If they can't be trusted than neither can you.
