Shaking Jars?

Well i grew my jars on BRF/verm and they are about 10 days along. Now ive read about shaking the jars? Should i do this? or not? Also, im noticing some water droplets on the side of the jars. This is okay right?

do you have any mycellium growth at all? i am having the same problem as you it sounds., except i think i got a bad suspension syringe..

no need to shake pf style jars. they shouldnt be shakable anyways if youve used a verm seal on top- theres no room in the jar to shake the substrate. likely youll just pack down the substrate, which will stunt growth.

you shake grain and seed (and whole rice?) jars.
