What should I do?

I've had 6 pint jars colonizing for several weeks now. They are about 80% colonized but they seemed to just stop. Should I be patient and see if they colonize completely or should I go ahead and try casing them now?

Have you tried loosening the jar lids to speed colonization?

Cut away the uncolonized substrate and case.
