Take a spore print and give a little bit more detailed description. Such as height, bruising etc.

Those are Panaeolina foenisecii Maire. And yuour iamges are pixelated all over.

The brown spore print indicates Panaeolina foenisecii.

I think Subbalteatus has almost black gills. I've found quite a few Foenisecii. They're fairly common. But I don't think there are any recorded active Foenisecii, and if there are, perhaps they were actually subbs.
