Not that you asked for a personal account but I thought I'd chime in anyway.. As long as you're not taking a MAOI (know your medication!!) I think that you're ok. My girlfriend and I are both taking antidepressants, Celexa and Paxil respectively. Neither of us have had any problems. If anything your tolerance might go up a little bit. Those medications are both SSRI's meaning that they inhibit the reuptake of the serotonin back into your neurons after it fires. It just keeps the serotonin there a little bit longer so a little serotonin can go a long way so to speak. Since serotonin and psilocybin both act on the same receptors, keeping the serotonin in the synapses longer is just going to increase the competition for a place in a serotonin receptor on the next neuron, hence increasing your tolerance.
