Twist'n'pull or cut?

How does everyone else remove mushrooms from their casings? Better to just twist and pull them up or should i just cut them with some alcohol sterilized scissors?

I do the twist and pull, choppen em down leaves a stump some times.

Twist-n-pull is a good method. If you case then, after you pull you can cover that area and have some more mycl. take over that area.
