Clear liquid in jars? PIC

Ok, in every single jar thats incubating there is a clear water like liquid in various spots, between the cake and the glass. Wondering what this is. Also, one jar is showing a couple of small yellow to tan colored spots which don't appear to have gotten any bigger than when was first noticed. Also I never did remove the lids from the jars like I said I was thinking about doing, incase someone remembers me saying that. Pics will follow hopefully. Just afraid of moving the jar to a good light source so the pics are good.

Yeah the clear liquid started at about the half way point. They are DAMN close to being completely done now though. Maybe be a few more days or so. The urge to start the fruiting process NOW is great, won't do it though. Anyways, I was thinking it was just water but wanted to check with you guys. As for the yellow/tan spots, only time will tell I guess.

Freaking pic host messed up the clarity of the pic a bit though it wasnt much better. Its right in the middle above the uncolonized sub. but not to far up.

Lol, well one reason might be that I didn't know the Shroomery hosted pics. Here is a pic of what will be used for casing, each "pan" has a clear cover.

Why do you need a cover? Well, that'd be nice to have for when you incubate the casings, (if ur spawning or want to incubate for ur casing layer to be colonized..well, just below n e ways)...But you'd need something to keep light out, or put them in a dark dark dark location...I'd personaly just use aluminum foil, but that def. is a +

Question about case size. The second link I posted has a picture of case/pan's that I will be using. Im thinking that I will use a half cake per case since the cases/pan's are so small. I have a feeling that using a whole cake would be a waste. Let me know what ya think. Keep in mind my cakes are in 1pnt jars sooooo.
