Innoc'd a large bag of wbs/verm with some Mexicube about 11 days ago, shes about fully colonized now.
Kicker is she was about fully colonized after about 6 days, I used a tiny little bit too much water so it created some logging from moisture and I had to shake the bag around good to get wbs unstuck to the sides.
I think it may be the verm that really helps out, sucks up that extra water. I'm not say I'm giving up rye totally, I'm just gunna mix verm in my rye next time I have some!

I had a real spawn bag with filter patch and innoc site but I think I'm ditching them now because I hear theres plenty cheaper available.
I was told food sealer bags, and you say oven bags, which should I go with?
I'm told you can also put some tyvek on a food sealer bag for air exchange, how is this done by tape or glue?

Oven bags will withstand pc'ing if you wrap them with towel good so they don't touch the sides.
Food sealer bags are thicker, are they not? I wonder what they're made of?
Oven bags are a little thin.

What are FoodSaver Bags made of? They are made of polyethylene (a type of plastic) with an outer layer of nylon

They should be but then the shroomery's sponsers making money off of their mycobags would go down the crapper, mainly b/c everyone would make them and wouldn't need to buy it..that's probably why, but it should be something that everyone tries a couple of times...I still say that you should have some from the sponsers, after all, w/o them, there would be no shroomery -Gnostic

Seriously the large or medium spawn bags without injector site are dirt cheap. Technically you are not supposed to seal them before you pc them since they are not pre sealable.
I wish they would make some non injector site pre sealable bags!!
damn agar you are the inventor man, cool keep it up bro.
