Hi you lot,

Can I have peoples opinions on me using organic, stoneground (;)) rye flour?!

I couldn't find BRF anywhere, and know that people use rye grain, so I figured this'd do.

Thoughts?

i can't get brf too, so i use rye flour, it works pretty good to me.

Must be something to this rye flour chit then...
Im using pint jars w/NSF filter disks, going for 100% colonization in 10-14 days. Any bets?..lol

Ahh good, I didn't see that there would be too much of a problem with using rye flour otherwise I wouldn't have bought it, but thanks for the votes of confidence. :smile:
