WBS casings

How well does WBS work for casings compared to PF style verm/brf cakes? I've used the cakes for my last 3 casings and got ok results. I know a lot of people use the WBS with straw and poo, but I just wanted to see if anybody uses it for casings or if it's common. Any tips?.. the jars are almost ready.

:mushroom2:  You'd do better to use it as spawn for straw/poo, but it can be cased straight.  :mushroom2:

:mushroom2:  Use whatever casing mix you like.  I usually use 50/50 coir/peat with some crushed oyster shell.  :mushroom2:

verm/coir or verm/peat will work well, but I think a ph balanced verm/peat casing would work best.

i have cased wbs w/ straight verm and had a decent flush (don't recall weight) but a 5" x 12" casing first flush dosed 4 people so...

:mushroom2: yes.  I had a decent flush with straight WBS, but an even better one in straw.  :mushroom2:
