Can't allow you to post this. You could be selling the spores.
This takes away from the Sponsors of the site.
Thanks for understanding!~

NO DISCLAIMER of what states seller will ship to. BS just waiting to happen, when law enforcement agent in California, Idaho or Georgia is a buyer. Stupid is as stupid does. Not smart to buy spores from anyone that stupid.

Dood how else are people in Ca, Idaho or Georgia supposed to get spores? You know it is illegal to ship plants to most states too, but people do it all the time.
And what agents search ebay? I guess occasionally they do? People sell poppy pods on ebay too, lol.

I heard that cops don't really do sting operations. So it must be true.

i agree with agar, you may get away with it for a while, but eventualy you will get busted. not to mention with those prices it sounds like a scam and as far as poppy seeds being sold on ebay, they arent illegal to sell u jackass. You guys are fools if you think there arent people policing the internet, am i the only one that has heard of countless people getting busted for kiddy porn?

the bad part is that these ebayers could be the cops, its the easiest sting around bay cooperates with LEOs, if you win the auction its not entrapment because you placed the bid through your own free will

yeah, you never know who your dealing with on the other side of this....Its best never to underestimate the enemy when it comes to law enforcement. There not necessarily all ways looking to bust you,but if something is brought to there attention by some over-protective parent or some self righteous jack ass that thinks hes "helping" others by telling you that they know whats better for your body than you do,it can be a reality. There is millions of people online and luckily the government doesn't have a way to control it all. Thank goodness thought crime isn't a reality yet

This is true.
If I lived in CA, GA, or whatever, I'd make some friends in other states close by.
EDIT:: Did they finaly outlaw them in Idaho? Only heard they were going to, but that was a while back.

Whatever man I aint selling them dood, I just thought it was a good deal dood. I guess some cyber cop can come get you if you don't have proper disclaimers.
I mean if someone buys acetone and uses it to get high off, what can you do? Seriously if some parent wants to sue, they better have a whole lot of money to waste, since it is never going to hold up in a court of law.
