Too much light
    #3960343 - 03/23/05 05:26 PM (12 years, 3 days ago)

If you lets say leave the lights on 20/7 up to the first flush, and the shroomies get stressed and grow all small and thin,

could it affect the rest of the flushes even if you get back to a 12/12 cycle?

Light is not important to shroom developement, only to show the direction to grow to. Butt.. I did some research a time back on spectrums and such, that makes a tad difference in my exp, but that starts a whole nudder discussion.

You only need 12/12 which is a basic ballance of natures sun-up sun-down time cycle averaged. Anymore light on times is pretty much a waste imo.

do you think turning on the lights sometimes during the night(for fanning) cycle could also stress them out?

:mad2:

k thanx bro,

something interesting: During one of my friends first grows with PF cakes, his parents visited him and he had to hide the terrarium for 3-4 days in the dark...

Those shroomies came out to be HUGE!
