 Interpret my dream

I meet my ex-ex-ex-ex-girlfriend at a party (no chance of that actually happening) and she has a two-year old baby girl in tow. We are happy to see each other and then she says the little girl is mine. (Haven't seen this ex in 15 years.) As the proud papa, I am ecstatic and beam with joy. I pick up my "daughter" and twirl her around to the music and she giggles and smiles with glee.

You're in need for reproduction. Your dream depicts an old relationship, which tells you it's easier if you already know a female, but in the end your subconscious is asking you why you didn't have kids and it's telling you that you need to get kids.
This is my personal opinion, but i wouldn't listen to the subconscious. Try getting a girlfriend with a dog, reproduction means sex and you might want to start by just doing that

You've subconsciously put together the following facts,
1) Your ex had access to a cryonics lab.
2) You were always baffled why she didn't swallow and immediately went to the kitchen after oral favors.
3) You have received frequent phone calls in the last two years where the caller never says anything but you hear the sounds of an infant in the background before the phone is hung up.
4) You were right about breaking up with the psycho beast of lunar cycles.

That to me would be symbolic of you realizing the new life you created from yourself for you to enjoy. This could be related to your break through.
Her already being two before you get to realize and enjoy her is representative of the feelings you said you had about wasting time not confronting something and realizing all of the joy you missed out on while you put up resistance.
You joy you took in her new life that came from you, is symbolic of the joy you feel in the new life you gave to yourself with the break through.
At least, that's my interpretation. To me, ya have to match dreams up to whats been going on in your life to make the most sense of them.
I could be waaaaaaaaaaaaaay off to.
