To steep or not to steep that is the question.

Ive heard that boiling Finch Seed for 45 minutes is sufficient. I have also heard that you should steep it for 24 hours. Well what is it? thanks.

I havent noticed a difference in end results when I steep or when I just soak the seed for a day........so i suppose it doesnt matter...either will work.....soaking will supposively hatch spores of other things in the seed(which makes for better sterilization).....so whatevers easier for you......
