Casing steralized?

I was just wondering if the Casing should always be steralized or if it doesnet really matter, Also should the "fruiting container" be steralized?

The fruiting chamber doesnt need to be sterilized greatly but a good whipe down with hot soapy water, perhaps H202, alcohol or bleach would be even better, inbetween batches to clean up any bacteria that might be left in there. Casing calls for a semi-sterile procedure and depends on what you are useing for your casing layer, some are more resistint to contaminates than others. Hope that helps.
