Just harvested, what now?

I've just harvested my first homegrown mushies (pc Equador)from my casing. I think it's 100g wet.possible? I weight it on an old kitchen scale so I'm not sure.
well, should I water the casing layer now so there can be a new flush?

Yeah, just keep misting the casing as if it was new, you'll probably get a second flush and if lucky a third one might come.
I usually like to dry my shrooms instead of leaving them fresh, desicant works great.
