it will look like a bunch of little white head, or balls of lint. The type you get when you wash a white towel with a black sweatshirt.

i think thats happening now cuz the patches of mycel look like they have lil ice cycle type things coming out of it or spieks is that it?

no, thats rhizomorphic mycelium. Crank the humidity up. If its a cake of casing hit it with direct water to knock those down. They will overlay a casing with the quickness

its not that, the casing needs to be hit with water to knock down growth like that. its a good sign, but not good for casings

tomarrow i will take a pic and let you see it or i can take one now but i think signs will be more visible tomarrow cuz alot of mycel is rising to the top

IME, its better to stop misting and drop humidity to 85% to reduce the arial mycelium from popping up all over the place. Seems to help slow veg growth and induce pinning. Misting when theres already lots of ariel hyphae all over the place, usually "knocks it over" and mats it down, creating overlay. Not always, but if your still new to casings and theres alot of it there.
I know people who do both but thats just my experience..

Yes, I cased them already, and had foil over them for about a day, myc already pop-ing up! So I took the foil off this morning. When I get home I'll be putting some light on it right now it's not a good time, both parents home... lol
