First can I put some h202 in the water im dunking in? and how much? Also when im rolling do i need to sterilize the wet vermiculite? if so how do i sterilize the wet vermiculite? and how do i roll? wouldnt rolling the cakes hurt the mycelium? please help
Thanks

A small amount of H202, like 1:10 ratio. You don't have to sterilize the verm, but it's good practice to do so. The roll is just that: You roll until the cakes are covered in verm.

Yeah, I would sterilize the vermiculite. Search around for a microwave tek, that's the easiest.
I usually don't use H2O2 in my dunk solution, just filtered water.
And both the dunking and rolling (and handling) can slightly damage the outer mycelium, but the added moisture is enough benefit that after a couple days the mycelium just bounces back, no problems. Good luck!
