without knowing the amount of substrate in the containers...

what kind of substrate...and your growing conditions...

your guess is as good as ours.

what is the depth?

we used a brf/verm substrate for colonizing 36 pf cakes.. tthen we used a 50/50 plus casing techniqe (verm/peatmoss/oystershell/horticultural lime) then we used about 1/2 in of bottom layer casing 1/2 inch of colonised pf cakes the nabout another 1/2 inch of top layer casing...the casing are sitting on top of about 1 inch of wet perlite ... 80% humidity (assumed)

so basically 3 1/4 cakes per casing?

1/2" thick substrate...eh?

someone else wanna guess?

lolzz

You need to bump your humidity up higher for pre-pinning.

Then drop it down after you get pins.

That is a dumb question that has no possible answer.

I would say 2 grams wet.

I'd say you'd be lucky to see 10-20g dry per casing. You should've spawned to a bulk substrate if you wanted a higher yield.

Substrate layer needs to be 1-2 inches. Please dont post back asking why you got small shrooms later on, I really dont want to answer it again because the depth is why.

I'm going to take a guess...40 grams first flush, 30 second flush, 20 for a third and maybe a few more after that. I have no idea how close that is. Just a guess..
