It does taste close to lobster IMO, but the taste and texture depend on when it is harvested and how it is cooked. When it is harvested too late, sometimes a sour taste can develop.. It also might take a few tries to figure out the proper cooking length. The texture can be effected by its age and moisture content.

I dislike the taste of them. Maybe it was just the way they were grown

all you do is fry em in butter? morel style?  id imagine you'd have to do a little more than that..no?  Do they need a special breading or anything in order to taste more like lobster?

this seems to be the stain im gonna give a stab at when im ready...hell yeah :heart:
