the place where i work has a bunch of brand new 3cc syringes. would there be any use for these in this hobby? or are they to small?

yes, 1cc per jar or 3cc per jar.

Hey, if you can get a bunch of the things, why not use them? I wouldn't get fired from a good job for swiping a bunch syringes, though.

i wouldn't get fired. i guess i could do this with them. I am going to order some small vials to keep spores in. i guess when i want to do a jar i could insert the small 3cc syringe into the vials and just suck up some spores then do whatever jar i wanted. i will grab like 15 tomorrow. maybe if i can i will trade some in the market place.

Well, if it's cool to take them, then get enough so you can knock each jar with a separate one. In some ways, that would make innoculating easier.

They are small...but will come in handy.

You can always find a use for them.

I have used some when doing Quart jars...and for measuring Honey or Karo.
