Is this ready to transfer???

These agar plates were inoculated 13-15 days ago, It took them sometime to start colonizing, but they are showing some decent growth on the past days, but it's very cotton like so far.
Does it look good to be transfered to a grain jar for incubation? Or should I first do more transfers on other agar plates?
What happens if you inoculate grain with that kind of mycelium?
What abou that big contam spot? It's not touching the mycelium, I guess it's still useable, right?

Sorry for the images quality, the condensation on the plates make it hard to take good pictures...

Thank you for the help

Junka

IMHO, I'd transfer out to more dishes, till you get some rhizomorphic growth. The one with the green is fine if you can pure culture it out on more dishes.

Yes, also make sure to do the transfer from the contamed plate last! H2O2 may help for that one since the mycelium probably has mold spores on it.
