Quicky Colinization

I was just wondering if the High Fun Guy's 10-step -=Quicky Colinization=- works...
and is it foolproof??

Is this the method of presterilizing the substrate before mixing it (compared to after) and using spore water mixed into the substrate instead of plain water? If so, then this tek is kind of hard to achieve correctly but it hopes that the quick colonization will begin before contamination takes time to get hold. Since spores take three or more days to germinate you will have to stress the presterilization. Eg. baking vermiculite and brown rice flour, sterile spore water, sterile mixing, oven tek. etc.
