What is the most forgiving gourmet mushroom to grow? something EZ that i can try myself?

If you go to spores101 and look at the edibles there, they tell you the difficulty for growing that particular one.

I went with pink oyster and phoenix oyster they got here in two days and they're showing great growth :thumbup:

I agree, oysters are probably the best for someone just starting out.

Really?, I thought eryngii was one of the difficult ones if compared to ostreatus and other much easier pleurotus.
