GOTO Marsh. Look in the Flour isle (its not in the organic section). I guarantee if you live near a marsh you will find BRF. It comes in 1lb brown paper containers. Looks like a miniature brown bag of flour.

If you absolutely can't find any BRF (I've seen it in most heath food shops, even in small towns), you will still be able to get wild bird seed. Wild bird seed is a grain, you would need a grain tek use it properly. So in the absolute worse case scenario you can still use birdseed.

go to any store.
buy brown rice.
now buy coffee grinder.
take both to your house.
open the coffee grinder.
open the brown rice flour.
put brown rice into coffee grinder.
press button.
wait a couple of seconds untill fully grinded

GOOD. get a pc and use grains...way less of a pain in the ass. mixing brf and verm and all that shit is a terrible mess.

Just buy brown rice (get the jap sounding brands usually worked the best for me) and a cheap coffee grinder. Make your own.
