Dosage question regarding shrooms

Hey Everybody,

First let me introduce myself, my name is Mike and i am 19 years old from the United Kingdom.

I find shrooms incredibly interesting and the things i have managed to work out on them i can not possibly put into words.

Two days ago i bought 250g of Columbian's for me and a few friends, my friends are very "squeemish" yet i simply cut them up pop them in hot water with some sugar and gobble them down, i had roughly 60grams and i was expecting a more "intense" trip, it was great and i thoroughly enjoyed it but wasn't anything more than a level 2 :crazy:

Never - the - less...

I am curious as to what the relative dosages are for other more potent strains like the Hawaiian ones. They come in 10g tubs for toughly the same price as 30g of Columbians.

If i took 10g of hawaiian would this be roughly equal to 30g columbians? Does it work like that? I want a decent trip that gives more visuals and a good possibility of ego death (not just yet but after a couple more trips i wish to experience this :thumbup:

)

Sorry for the long post but can somebody please enlighten me on dosages of other strains

yes

those are paneolus cyanescens and the columbians Psilocybe Cubensis. the pan cyans are way stronger so you have to eat less

The Hawaiians on Red Eye Frog are desribed like so:

These are what i was referring to. What do you recken?

As for the dosage calculator is it really accurate?
For a level 5 on Psilocybe Cubensis it says eat 35.6 grams...
I had 60 grams and only got to like level 2, i had a little to eat, not as much as normal as i cut down knowing i was going to be shrooming.

Any input appreciated

As I understand it, 10g of the Hawaiians (which I believe are Psilocybe Cyanescens on the dosage calculator) are roughly equal to 20-25g of Colombians.

I'm surprised you had such a mild trip with 60g of Colombians... either they were particularly weak or you have a high psilocybin tolerance.

Woops my mistake they were actually Mexicans that i had 60 grams of which i believe are a tad less potent than Columbians.
